- Review and verify the patient’s information against insurance company specifications through site
- Maintaining documentation files with patient demographic and insurance details
- May enter data electronically to process charges, payments, denials and adjustments
- Resolve routine patient billing inquiries and problems, follow up on balances due from insurance companies through Interactive Voice Response IVR/ Customer Service Representative CSR
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with any discipline
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should be exposed to PC Skills specifically MS-Office and Internet
- Knowledge of medical terminology will be considered as additional advantage Work Mode – Full time
- Schooling done from English Medium preferred
- Excellent in English communication (written and spoken)

- Ensure targeted collections are met on daily/monthly basis
- Provide Training & share necessary information with all the team members
- Client Communication/ Follow-up regarding the billing issues
- Generating Reports & discussing with the clients
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical & Logical Thinking; Leadership Qualities; Good presentation skills
- Good problem solving attitude; Self motivator

- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
- Take inbound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
- Handle outbound call to resolves insurance related issues
- Verify the credentials of health care professionals
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience 1 year in AR Insurance Calling in any of the Healthcare BPO/KPO (Voice Process) or Experience of International Calling
- Freshers with excellent communication can apply
- Work in Night shifts
